I had high expectations for this refurbished computer, based on the recommendations of my computer consultant. He got it hooked up, data transferred, and left. Next morning, I discovered that it had refreshed, but then did not reboot. Nothing I did...

It has been the best computer I have had yet. Fastest boot to the desktop I have ever seen. There is no way you can be dissatisfied with 6GB of RAM and a 750 GB hard drive for that kind of money. Good price even better computer

Intel graphics is ok. Im going to upgrade which wont cost much so it really isnt much of a con. Only thing I could think of

The product has difficulty keeping internet connection, dropping out regularly or just stalling for several minutes before continuing. It is also quite slow updating screens on the internet. I regret not buying another HP PC.
