The dials are far too complicated. As we evolve, technology should make life easier. This is a piece of technology that achieves the opposite.

The oven comes with only one shelf. I don't know anyone who can fully use an oven with one shelf . This meant I had to buy another shelf! Come on Smeg put another shelf in your good (but not cheap) ovens !

It's the most complicated oven I've ever had to use. It bleeps a lot, which I hate, it won't turn off when I want it off. You have to go from one knob to another nob to "programme"'the cooking each time you use it. Couldn't be simple, could it....
