Bought two. Both were great for their price at the time. Runs most games at medium to high settings

One came with a hard drive that's crapping out. Any jiggle of the tower restarts my computer. Very unhappy but don't want to deal with sending anything out. So I have dealt with it for a year. Oh well

Computer came packaged properly, no damage. Everything was ready to go right out the box and has been working great! Awesome Product. Cybertron gives several different Tech Support methods along with the computer purchase if needed
