Bottom rack continually rolls back in when attempting to load, top rack has small sections that are difficult to fit glasses & cups into without them falling over

Not many good points - bought it to accompany all the other AEG appliances we have-just renewed the kitchen, and this was last thing to do.

So flimsy, door is nowhere the quality of the Hotpoint we had previously. Still trying to pick off the plastic covering. Loading plates is not ideal, glasses don't sit in top tray very well.

Good looking design, quiet, efficient cleaning

plates have to be squashed a bit close together, making it more difficult to load
