smooth, super speed, LED, weighted. very nice mechanical feel on the buttons.. Software has everything you need then some and is easy to navigate and install.

Not really a con but it doesn't come with a driver disk or at least mine didn't. You need to go to the Rosewill website to get the drivers and software.
