Looked good, fits in space really well - but......

Washing machine belt/ bearings broke within 6 weeks of installation and the after care service from Hoover has been appalling. 48 hours plus to even make an appointment to visit for repair and different stories from each staff members spoken to on...

That you only get the 1400 spin speed on certain programmes like the ones that go on for about 3 hours, very disappointed in that as this the 1400 spin speed was one of the reasons for buying the machine

Broke within the first day - it's a very narrow depth machine, and the belt that turns the drum has a habit of coming off. This is what happened first time, a day after the engineer came out and fixed it, I'm assuming the belt came off and got caught,...

Very quiet even in a fast spin. Looks amazing.

Absolutely brilliant.. Well worth the money and so easy to use.. Very quiet too.. You can fit a lot of items in on one load.. Love the 30 min wash too...
