5 year parts and labour warranty will come into use as the machine makes a ticking noise on every revolution but still works fine. I paid extra for 2 man delivery and it arrived in 48hours.

The ticking noise. They did not take away waste packaging and did not offer disposal of old machine which is a legal requirement.

Big drum makes loading clothes easy, stylish and easy to use controls and display. Excellent cleaning performance.

Only slight niggle is that some cycle don't allow a 1400 spin, but I think that's pretty standard across all manufacturers.

Led display, easy to understand

seems sturdy, well made and has a good size drum and although this model's fastest spin is only 1400 compared to the 1600 spin of my old machine, the washing seems to come out just as dry. very pleased.

no bad points so far

A good range of cycles and a very handy 15 min quick wash. So far it seems to be a very good machine and good value for money

So far I have not found any except that most of the program times are much longer than previous machine

Choice of options .So many programmes to choose from,nice to have the choice,even if you tend to stick to the same ones most of the time.Oh and large front opening door.I Love it.
