I wish I could rate this machine with zero stars! I was so excited to find this machine looks great, so many functions and huge capacity for a family, I thought perfect WRONG 8hrs to wash & dry that's outrageous, clothes still damp after that duration...

Washer works fine, dryer does not dry. Samsung refuses to take any responsibility after dealing with them for 5 months. They say nothing is wrong with it because there's no fault code but I think I know when my clothes are wet! Don't waste your money...

This machine does not dry clothes, when a "samsung" technician came he told us, there is nothing wrong with this machine, if it won't dry you'll just have to try different settings. Isn't that like saying if car doesn't work, drive it in reverse?...
