this is by far the worse dryer I have ever used. It doesn't dry . It balls everything up ,so the outside is dry but inside is still wet Not damp, WET. It is so noisy and the clothes are so wrinked I hate it.

This dryer works better than any I have ever used, including commercial dryers Very quiet, fast, and easy to use.The steam option really does a great job on shirts, they do not even need to be ironed.
