washer is great

company is poor, promised a £25 cash back still waiting after emails and letters being sent since May 2014 ,not even a reply to emails or letters. what worries me is will they come out to machine if needed or just ignore phone call/email.

Works a treat. Does what you want - it washes!! and does it well.

Good wash cycles and generally happy with the machine.

Would never purchase any Hotpoint appliance ever again due to there appalling customer service.Had a failure with the machine,which took three weeks to repair,and they where not at all helpful on call out times,which meant two full days off work.

Quiet to use. Like to reduce time and temperature at will makes for economical to run.

Takes a while to discern between programmes and overrides

Machine runs very quietly. Spin really good.

Some of the programmes are a bit long.

Too long wash cycles. No warm short cycle. Awkward detergent tray. Like all machines there is a need to clean water from the seal to prevent mould build up.

My machine was nearly 20years old so I found things looked a lot cleaner from the new machine

the flap at the bottom that hids the drain access keeps dropping down
