The filter...it's so low down you can't get a bowl under it. We need some sort of device that enables you to open the filter safely when the machine is full of water to allow it to drain.

Not serious, but it is necessary to roll the whole heavy machine forward to reach the front feet for levelling, and then move the machine back.

It was advertised with a 20 minute steam refresh programme by Currys and on the Hotpoint website. It does not have this feature and despite a call to hotpoint and an email they have not responded about this
