The large drum allows great circulation of clothes and less creasing. The programmes look really complex, but they are easy to follow due to the pictures and wording on the control panel It is a nice looking machine

I haven't worked out how to get ALL of the water out of the condenser unit, due to the situation of the hole for tipping it out.

condensor is low down and difficult to access for elderly

Really easy to use. Water container is easy to access and the fluff filter is easy to empty. Sensor dry works well and I love the fact that it turns itself off completely when it's finished the programme.

Can't empty the water container completely because of the stupid position of the drain hole.

It was the only tumble dryer we saw that had an economical energy rating at a price we could afford. It looks good and has a great selection of programmes.
