Gigaware Wired Multimedia USB Keyboard

Purchased after very old keyboard croaked. Hot keys are unnecessary and never used. Attractive black color with white figures sometimes reflects light so that figures are hard to see. Boring putty color would be easier to use.

I cannot make a capital p without launching my media player. How can I use it without writing cap p? Also, tabs don't work. I cannot install the driver as it is "severely" incompatible with my vista!!!

Worked fine with Windows XP. I suddenly had to upgrade to a Win7 machine and now the keyboard up/down sound buttons won't work, which is not good for my work as a transcriptionist. The pause and stop buttons do work, but not the critical volume...
