Software + Documentation is terrible. It took a fair bit of experimentation to get the receiver/keyb/mouse calibrated and all working at the same time

The keyboard worked great it was good and the reciever worked up to 4 feet away and 5 sometimes if the batteries were charged

The keyboard sometimes doesn't let you type a few words or two. And the Mouse sucked it worked perfectly or a couple of minutes, like about 8 minutes and then it just turned off and I had to reload it

Interfered with one another the whole time. Worked ok for 1 day. Even crashed my sound drivers. Keys on keyboard changed functions in middle of use. Software causes problems in gaming

mouse get stuck so u have to restart windows to get to work again

i love it. even though others are saying its not a good set i think i like just fine. especially for the price. you just cant beat it and the transmitter has a very very good range . i had mine 20 feet away and still worked

I bought this keyboard a month ago and I must say it works great. Only thing you first need to do is fully charge up the battery and everything is a easy to setup. I have one at my office and comparable a logitech one I had bought for my home this one...

Only thing is you need to fully charge the battery before you can get it up and running

Work Just for couples hours, them u have to start reset the device every day. The software block all your keys, the battery indicator light doesn't work ; Manufacture poor on information and support

Can use the box to put old x-mas lights in

Keyboard DOA, no stand for the transmitter/receiver, Outside edge of mouse is smooth... no indentation for a finger (you kinda have to cup your hand to move it left)
