This is a fairly lightweight vacuum, easy to use and reasonably well made. Out of the box the suction is ferocious and it picked up so much dirt I was impressed. Alas, this only lasted for a few days and then the entire filter assembly has to be taken...

Excellent suction. However, little opportunity to experience it, as I spend more time cleaning the filter than the carpet. Cord too short and stair component too big and clunky. A poorly designed machine as the filter is located in the dustbag.
