a really good cleaner-it;s amazing the amount of dirt and grit it picks up from carpets that don't look all that dirty. The accessories are easy to use s well.

It needs refilling very often. On a large carpet-12ft by 21ft, I have t refill it three times. It's not very ckear when there is no clean water left. It's extremely heavy-too heavy for me to carry it upstairs on my own.
