Doesn't get hot so you can put it on the pillow if you like. Soft enough for a night light but just about bright enough for us to read a book before bed. Two year old son loved it immediately.

Nice little nightlight and nice carry handle, but it goes off after 20 mins which I didn't realise when I purchased it.

The nightlight is easy to use, and automatically turns off after 20 minutes, meaning it has much better battery life than the type that stay on all night. My stepdaughter did say it makes a "click" when it turns off, but I'm sure it's just a case of...

The owl night light is much smaller than expected & the button is difficult for my 3 year old to turn on as sometimes it doesn't turn on without trying it a few times. Expensive for what it is.

What a great night light, I use this every night to find my way to the loo. There is a button at the bottom you press and stays on long enough for a trip to the loo and back to bed. If I wake up in the night I can also turn it on to check for monsters...

Used this in hospital when baby was born and it was much better than using the hospital lighting when is was dimmed. Baby seems more relaxed when using just this. The 20 minute auto off switch is reallly useful too.

We've just converted our toddler's cot to a bed and bought this in case he woke during the night. I love the design but I personally found it difficult to find the on/off button in the dark, so not sure how my little one would manage! I would recommend...
