If your just starting out with photography this is the perfect lens for you, excellent by far.

Good low-light performance at a reasonable price

Super light and fun to use, a great lens for every camera bag. Really good for portrait and city photography.

I really like the lens slightly frustrating sometimes when you can zoom in but thats a small point.

A very fast and versatile lens for shooting in low light. The manual focus ring can be operated in both manual and autofocus mode without fiddling with any switches. It takes very nice portraits and landscapes.
