Good sharp pictures well made quality piece of kit

Can sometimes struggle to focus, and focusing mechanism is quite noisy

Only slight niggle is the lens hood which feels like it should screw on tighter so it would be easy to cause wear on the fixing

Focusing can hunt a bit and can be a little slow at times

The first one I had I found two little air bubbles in the back lens but the lens was changed with out an problem.The new one is great,image quality very good, and quite easy to use even for a beginner like myself.

Feels nice to use, very smooth focus ring. very easy to focus limit thanks to large and sensibly sited switch. Also doubles as useful portrait lens.

Auto focus may hunt when using hand held at wide end. Works better when tripod mounted or in manual focus mode.
