Prodlems with upgreids and recovery sistem... Wery slow... My upgrade to win 10 takes 5 days

Has all that a modern Laptop could need. The Touch screen is very helpful. Trouble is I keep trying to use the feature on my other Laptop and it dosent have a touch screen!

Weak display, washed out colour. I have had three different Toshibas before this one. They all had good displays

Battery will not charge and am finding it extremely difficult to find out who to contact regarding this - don't use the computer because it is only usable plugged in!

dont like the touch screen and all the stuff that is on there - not things I will use find it confusing to get out of screens screens open when I dont need them cant seem to get rid of the date and time box which keeps popping up

first it take too long to start up second, the battery not working it don't charge to full power and the computer we go off when i remove the charging cable so it a worst laptop i ever purchase. i have a samsung laptop that is over 4 years old it...

It's good value for money for me as it can cope with my huge amount of photos, and provide everything I need from a computer without costing too much.

I'm only slowly getting to grips with Windows 8 and there is no simple guide with the computer to get you started. Hence it feels much less user friendly in comparison with a tablet.
