Primary use for Video Editing and performs well at the task!

Sometimes a little slow in booting up a couple of annoying "pop ups" that I would like to stop - must investigate options to do so.

Integral webcam stopped working just after warranty expired; support was slow and defensive on e-mail and impossible to access on-line. For the money spent on this machine I expect it a) to work; and b) for the manufacturer to protect their name and...

slow to boot I would have bought a laptop with a larger screen (1920x1200) if such were available an expresscard slot would have been useful

No disappointments so far and the "disaster recovery" worked well (i.e. returning to factory memory content) when the computer was infected with a virus.

Price a little more than I wanted to spend.

Great screen and graphics. Sound all round performer. Good looks. Excellent out of box experience.

I find the touch pad a little sensitive, so use a mouse.

Well made, good design and excellent clear screen, a typical quality Sony product, I am rally pleased with it.

None really, maybe a bit more expensive but I guess you pay for what you get.

No polish language- big disappointment.
