Very good performance from the laptop which has a good size hard drive and memory.

Keys started coming off from the keyboard after 11 months and then shortly after that the mouse pad stopped working.

Sturdy generally.

Hard disc failure - no help fixing it.

very good product if any problem the laptop find the solution by itself and inform you of the action to do for installing anything it does show you what to do and find any dowloadable product to make it work

the left click button stopped working just after it was out of guarantee so have to use mouse all the time. the laptop was not used very much so i expected better quaiity from sony.

Excellent screen, great graphics card. Good sound system.

My hard drive died and I purchased a new hard drive but on downloading Win7 Home Premium OS my licence key for Windows does not activate my copy.

both myself and my partner have two of these machines under two years old and they are both unusable and the repairs are going to cost a fortune

The battery life is terrible, and the battery has broken in that it no longer holds any power. After contacting Sony 2 mOnths ago, i have still recieved no response. Very poor customer service!
