Once the lid is opened it feels like a brand new computer-excellent.

The condition of the exteria isn't how I expected but then it is reconditioned and they are just superfisial and doesn't affect workings of the laptop.

Lack of bluetooth, fans are a bit loud but not excessive...overall very pleased!!

Superior design and build quality compared to similar priced laptops. Very clear and sharp screen, very happy for the price.

As with most laptops, the battery could do with lasting a little longer when not on charge.
