Very affordable ; dedicated graphics card ; wide screen display ; free windows7 upgrade ; very comfortable keyboard (I can live without the number pad but some people like them)

32 bit vista (wasting 1/4 of the ram) ; screen reflects light like glass and a lot of glare going on ; heats up a little ; glue that keeps the rubber padding/legs on the bottom melted off within a week of opening the box

Laptop worked right out of the box.. No issues with any of its functions.. Love the ability to turn on and off functions from the membrane switches along the top.. This was an upgrade from a 5 year old HP that had seen better days.. good battery life...

Like others I noticed if you place your hands just right on the machine (usually when picking it up) you can accidently open the cd drive.. No big deal
