This is without a doubt the worst laptop I've owned, after 4 months the touch pad failed and it had to go back to Lenovo and now the laptop fails to recognise its own battery and has again got to go back to Lenovo, even when it is working it is slow...

I bought this in January and to begin with it ran okay. It was a bit slower than I thought it should be but I put up with it because of being at uni and being in desperate need of a laptop. Considering the specs of the laptop, I expected a much better...

there is no disc drive on this very disappointed had to buy external one

This is the second Lenovo Laptop I have purchased from Very.co.uk which has died within weeks of purchase! It spent hours updating, then once logged in, presented with a black screen which flashes the time and date icon, search icon and 4 windows boxes...

My wife has always had issues with laptops in the past, too small, not enough memory, slow loading times. But with this 15 inch monster with 1tb of memory, not to mention top of the line gear inside, no more complaints.

Not worth the postage, easy to set up but once done pc is slow, noisy and and poor quality. Internet connection on all my other devices is duper fast, this laptop is not fit for purpose for even light use

happy with my purchase in general nice keyboard very light and easy to use the only thing i wasnt happy with was the packaging it wasnt packed very well and was just in a plastic bag with the discs for me to set up myself

I brought this to help me with a new role, easy to set up & the fact it comes with office & mcafee is superb & cuts out going to see someone else

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and it's great value for money and very easy to use.
