Battery life is TERRIBLE on this unit. Probably has about an hour worth. After using the laptop for 15 minutes (of web browsing and other minuscule tasks) the battery life drops down to 70% or so. Highly suggest upgrading the battery. Other than that,...

Great Thanksgiving Laptop

 

Great laptop and great NewEgg & UPS service - I got it a day before than expected.

Bought this on Thanksgiving for my mom - I think it's already time for her to go online. Very decent machine, nothing odd about it, very fast and productive. I don't think she'll go beyond youtube, wikipedia and recipe sites, and she's not going to...

ordered it on thxgiving day. received it the wednesday after (1 day earlier than scheduled!). i'm a mac user but got this as a gift. looks great so far. will test it out some more this weekend. really a great great price as i scoured all store flyers...

Great laptop for the price

 

For the Black Friday Price, it is well worth the money invested. :D. Would recommend to basic users that need a decent computer. I think its ret@rded the person that commented first on this...DIDN'T EVEN GET THE LAPTOP!!!

HP Pavilion G50 112 NR Notebook

 

I bought this a year ago — bad display since the beginning. Can only catch the display at 2 or 3 angles (one is almost closed so useless!). Battery compartment is loose. Have sent it in for service twice.
