The screen may have a poor viewing angle, but the rest of this portable business option is pleasant to use. The LifeBook P8010 may not be as thin as some of its closest competitors but it's still a very portable unit.

Well-built keyboard stands up to even the most brutal hunt-and-peckers. 1280 x 800-pixel screen is sharp and looks larger thanks to a wafer-thin bezel. DVDxB1RW drive is a big bonus

Though light, it’s boxy for the featherweight set. Mouse buttons are separated by a useless fingerprint reader

Fujitsu's LifeBook P8010 is an affordable workhorse--it cost $1899 at the time of testing--but you'll need to equip it with more RAM to make it an adequate performer. And to those prospective buyers with oversize hands: Consider yourself warned
