Buttons on keypad too sparsely placed - difficult to type quickly Space key doesn't work unless you whack it - can't really do touch type Didn't realise there was no DVD reader - that's why it's so slim

Looks good, very clear screen, sharp picture, quite fast.

Unresponsive mouse pad and keyboard, you have to type hard to register the character - very irritating. Also the keyboard is very flimsy and clunky. I wouldn't recommend this laptop.

Email system unsatisfactory: necessary to restart frequently. Windows 8 not easy to come to terms with for an older user. Space bar needs extra heavy pressure to function.

No incorporated CD. Every time you plug in the headphone, you have to readjust, instead of the speakers' cutting out automatically. Very annoying!
