Excellent value for money

Loses wireless connection which requires a re-boot. Need the laptop for work so can't afford the time to send it back.

Sold as a laptop for kids but is a fully functional high spec machine for anyone

The only bad thing would be the wireless inbuilt to it, its not all that strong but does the job if you get a dongle and the only other thing we had problems was the free norton which we eventually got srted phoning them.

The laptop does all that I need.

The battery life could be abit longer.

Everything that you need in a laptop. It is a really good spec for everything except gaming. I use it for work, my Son for School work.

The battery. Around 1hr 10mins from full charged. It is new now, after a few months of use I am concerned that the life of a single charge will be much lower. I am struggling to find a long life replacement for it.
