Reasonable second PC, but outclassed by others

portable, sometimes slow transmission. First time with laptop so unable to compare it with others. Screen good.

have had no problems so far vista is fine despite all the negative press

battery life is poor too much heat generated on the underside

fast, good performance even with many programs running, e.g. word, internet explorer and itunes good screen resolution usb ports on both sides

It looked brand new. My daughter has no idea that its a recon.It works just as well and as quickly as my higher priced branded laptop.

The battery life could be better. One of the letters has to be pressed more firmly which can be quite frustrating when you are typing quickly.

I am very impressed with the laptop and its lay out as it is easy to use.

the speakers have a very tinny sound even when adjusted

as a good way to obtain some relatively cheap equipment, the deals are quite handy.

it would be nice to know the condition of the items. ie. old stock/returned/reconditioned. the battery light on my laptop does not work, although this does not stop it from charging/working, I just have to be a bit vigilant.!! also - not supplied with...
