Indistinguishable from new product

 

I didn't have any problems uninstalling preinstalled programs and apps. Upgrading to latest Windows 10 build was fast and easy. Previous reviews worried me but it seems I was lucky.

One of the worst products i have ever seen!

 

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone! You don't want to wait and get a surprise of something that doesn't work!

Looks good but doesn't work

I switched on the tablet/laptop. It switched and shows a cursor and doesn't even show the home page! I wonder how these products are shipped even without doing a basic testing!

2nd try to review this product. Will NewEgg Post it?

 

Spent 6 hours screwing around with it before I did a total reset. Seems to be working now. I have used Newegg for so long I can't remember when I didn't, but quality has turned way down in the last 18 months. Luckily I have not invested too much money....

Got here quick

Could not open the windows store or associated apps. As such. no apps just a computer. I wanted a tablet/computer so this was no good.

Network Card Died

 

Turned on

Had the first one replaced due to bad wireless card, it failed after 2 days. The replacement came and the wireless card failed again within a week. If you enjoy tablets with no access to the internet this is for you.

Excellent product that is hard to believe at this cost!

 

Looks brand new. Please charge fully before getting set up. Excellent screen quality.

The build quality could be better with a thinner tablet and keyboard body.

Defected right out of box

 

When turn on the laptop/tablet, the screen just flashing from time to time, random bright spot randomly show up across the screen. The touchscreen is just un-controllable so that you can not select your time zone. I am so astonished Acer/newegg shipped...

Best tablet at this price

 

This is probably the best tablet/laptop you can buy at this price. That doesn't mean it is fantastic. If you need a cheap and portable internet machine, then this is a great buy. If you need something for business use, keep looking and spend more money.

Good Price Decent size and features Works fine

Battery life is meh. Keyboard somewhat flimsy and cheap feeling. Windows 10 still needs work as a touchscreen OS (not Acers fault though)
