John Lewis JLWF607 46 Bottle Under Counter Wine Cooler, Stainless Steel

Bought this (predecessor model 604) 3 years ago. Warranty expired a few weeks ago: now the unit fails to cool. Probably needs a new compressor: very expensive. Refrigerators rarely ever fail: this falls below an acceptable standard of quality.

The design of this fridge is very poor. I would not recommend it. it is meant to be a white wine chiller but the shelving is deigned for bordeaux shaped bottles, the majority of white wines come in Burgundy shaped bottles so they do not fit properly in...

After being supplied a replacement, we are now happy with this item. It is difficult to hold larger bottles and is a little noisy but it's a handsome piece.

We've found this drinks cooler works brilliantly. Seems to be well made, obviously does what it's supposed to do and, as far as I can tell, is good value for money. But whoever worked out the dimensions between the shelves has obviously never measured...
