I sweat a lot on my runs and I switch it up; indoors and out doors. The design kept sweat from interfering with the sound and kept them in my ears for 9 miles non stop. The controls not only work with my mp3's while running with my ipod but also work...

The sound they produce reminds me of cheapest headsets from e bay. I bough the headset for music listening from my android phone but my existing headset which came with my HTC gives MUCH better sound.
