Everything is fine. It hooked up to the natural gas connection and works great. We will never use the side burner, wish they would offer one without it that has the rotisserie and wood chip smoker.

It takes a while to unpack and remove packaging - it is heavy - two people would be a big help, but it is very easy to assemble and every feature seems to have been well thought out. this grill is excellent.
