good product,easy to use apart from removeable plates difficult to put back on sometimes

This grill is described as having a variable temperature control - which it has NOT!

I bought this because it had similar overall dimensions to an old grill which no longer worked. The description of this grill referred to 3 portions, but the actual grill plate was minuscule, about big enough for one decent-size portion.

Bought as a replacement for one we had had for many years and returned it. Did not match up to the old one in any way. Much smaller in cooking area and did not reach a sufficient temperature to cook items in the time denoted on the instruction/recipe...

This is a great piece of equipment however the removable trays can be difficult to replace needs a bit of muscle at times.

top plate does not always stay in place. would not buy a replacement
