It cools the room well

It leaks. There is a drain stem/plug on the bottom of the unit and it looks like the seal between the drain housing and the reservoir is bad

Aside from the 2 leaks everything works as it should

The unit leaks in 2 places on the bottom reservoir. One is next to the drain stem and the other is by one of the wheels ; The noise is almost too high for a home office
