Not really ,supplying a drain hose with it would be a good idea though

Powerful - gives a good cool breeze

The hose for expelling hot air really isn't long enough - you need to have a low enough window or a door you can jam in a slightly open position. A fanlight (which is more secure) is too high.

Lived up to expections Very effective and not too noisy

It has decent performance (quite high BTU). Good remote control. Sensible sized exhaust pipe (plus self evaporation). Looks a bit better than typical style.

It's quite noisy compared to e.g. Electriq 15000 (sounds like older-style outside compressors). 15000 can be sited outdoors (waterproof) which is more flexible.

Easy to use, cools space intended well. Has a timer. Relatively easy to adjust position as on castors (limited by ducting length). Cheap price but sturdily built.

Good unit. Does the job

Refreshes my room temp very fast, gives it a really fresh feeling. I found it strange that it blows cold air upwards and not direct in to room, but after time you realise it cools the hottest air first and the temp soon drops down to the lower levels.

I do find it a bit noisy but a small sacrifice for cooler temps that I need for health reasons.

It effectively reduces the temperature in the room and as such does what it says on the tin. Do not use in larger than recommend room size or you will reduce it effectiveness

My wife complains of the noise but does not stop her sleeping. The vent pipe and window seals are not flexible enough
