No on board HD Decoding, but for the price and fact it can accept LPCM it's by no means a deal breaker.

included mic makes it very easy to set up and adjust to the acoustics of your room. plenty of power, i've only got to about 2/3rds of the maximum power output before i had to turn it down. easily supports the 5.1 audio from ps3 games / dvds / blurays.

the sub requires a separate power source, and does not go into standby with the rest of the system (you have to turn it off at the back of the sub) - small point but annoying all the same

Need to print off the manual from the included cd. That's progress. Actually found more features in it. Sound wise you get what you pay for. Not the best but still has umph in the bass and I mounted my sub on the wall

There is a clicking noise when inputs are changed - this is is only mildly annoying...

Really really good quality sound. The subwoofer kicks out an impressive bass sound despite its small size. The auto-setup is good.

Speakers look a little cheap and plasticky. Not the easiest to follow and set up. The cabling is fine but there are a lot of settings to play with.
