I really like this shampoo as it nourishes the hair. The only downside I would say is that because of the oil content I have found that sometimes my hair does not wash properly (oily at the roots) and it leaves my hair feeling heavy and a bit greasy.

I really like this shampoo especially with the conditioner. I would prefer a fresher fragrance but no citrus scents as they remind me of washing up liquid. I have just purchased the one for very dry hair so will leave a review for that one also.
