The brush was all squashed on receipt and don't know how to fix it. The silver plating has marks on it which I have tried to polish with a silver cloth to no avail! The comb also has a bubble in the silver plate. Live in Australia so would cost more...

Came in nice box ready to give as gift with tag included. Good value for money. Pick up in store-service was great

Good quality, easy to purchase - bought online and picked up from my local JL the following day - could have also picked up from a variety of Waitrose outlets which is great. Mate loved the brush though, as did the bub!
