this is the second recertified/open box westy unit i have bought and pleased with both so far

Upgraded from a 27" tube to this so I don't have any other HDTVs to compare this too. Setting up DVD player and Xbox were easy, just need to get some more HDMI cables.

I was thoroughly satisfied with my viewing experience but the condition of the TV made me worry about a 550.00 paper weight in the near future. I could not afford that gamble. RMAed the TV. Newegg customer care is a dream come true, no problems at all...
