Came in oriiginal box with plastic wrap and packing material all in place. Could not tell from new except for the batteries being in the remote and dead. Picture was good as expected. Walmart came through on this one.

There is no way this TV ever made it out of the shipping warehouse without getting damaged the way it was packed in the generic box it arrived in! The base was basically free floating in the packaging so it could slam into the screen and crack it....

My M series came still in the cellophane. Not a scratch or nick on the TV, glass or bezel. LOOKED BRAND NEW... so why a refurb? Well, out of 1.67 million pixels, there is one stuck pixel near the upper right hand corner. But what can I say, for $348...

What's the deal with these Tvs? The TV is nice but why it is boxed incorrectly?

Got my order today in the mail. Packaging was shoddy (broken/damaged styrofoam that barely covers up the top and bottom of the TV). Both of the lower corners of the TV were damaged which I would have found acceptable given that this is a refurb....
