Good, Not Great

 

I'm keeping my 37" in my office and the wife & kids have the 47" one. They're happy, so I'm happy. I got this as a refurb and it was packed very well -- and a big truck dropped it off. That latter part's important as the TV wouldn't have fit in my car.

Cheap. There was also a rebate which made it cheaper. Got to me a day after ordering it

Definitely not as crisp or as pretty as my 37" Vizio that has an IPS (10-bit display), however the Vizio and JVC 47" displays that have IPS panels were $200+ more expensive

Great TV for the price

 

The picture is great on this tv and the price was great as well! The only complaint I have is that it doesn't have multiple component jacks as a normal tv does so we're having trouble figuring out how to hook up all of our devices to the tv at this time.
