Sensational 2D picture quality ; Good Smart TV system overall ; Good value for so much picture quality

3D looks a little soft and crosstalky ; No ITV Player or 4OD on Smart platform ; Limited viewing angle

Even if you can’t be bothered to do any of those things, though, the 55W829 will still deliver far better pictures straight out of the box than the presets of any other mainstream brand.

Excellent Image Quality. at a distance of about 3m it actuallys looks better than some 4k panels. Sony's motion processing is great. some modes makes the screen a bit dim but if you watching a movie at night with the lights off then its worth it....

As with any flat screen TV, the sound quality is not the best. I would recommend a decent Sound bar + qireless subwoofer to get the best possible experience

SocialView option seems to disable my separate Sony Audio System. I can't find away to fix this ; Smart TV options are lacking - no 4oD ; No touch pad included
