It arrived with a cracked screen. Called Customer Support and was asked to send it back. I had to drive to FedEx to drop it off. It took only 4 days from the time I sent the broken one back until the replacement was delivered. Representatives at Sony...

The construction quality of this screen is poor, it was not entirely assembled and the screen was broken. no damage to the box and no marks on the bezel but clearly it was damaged during assembly. Returning tomorrow. Very disappointed. Will wait to...

The tv produces great picture quality and has decent sound. Price is a bit higher than other brands but the quality that Sony produces is unmatched.

The picture quality is great, and the sound is amazing! Changing channels is quick. The feature to save your favorite channels saves time from having to flip channels until you find what you are looking for.

Base off of the last model, it should be a pretty good picture, especially compared to its competitors. And to the review below, this is a non wifi model which I believe is required for dlna... unless i am mistaken of course.
