The Sharp Aquos LC-37G4U does LCD about as well as it can be done, and its image quality coupled with its slender form makes it one of the better panels available today.

I'm truly wowed by this TV. Sharp has packed in so much functionality into here that anyone who invests in it will truly fall in love with some aspect of it. For me, it was freedom of compatibility.

As with any HDTV, has significant audio-visual lag when using a non-HD input signal (Guitar Hero 2 for my PS2 had to be calibrated at 100+ ms of lag). Still, that's to be expected on any liquid crystal HDTV
