Refurbished products on Newegg are better than I expected!

Doesn't have 1080p support, but I guess that's to be expected for a TV of this size

Nice and Cheap

 

Perfect footprint for kitchen counter or smaller room. Setup is brainless. I have it set up in the kitchen with a small amplified antenna and I get great digital reception.

Compact Design. Easy setup. Good picture quality. Nice Remote

Excellent Buy

 

I find the volume to be sufficient as I do not expect an IMAX experience from a 19" TV. Rarely turn the TV above setting 15 for the volume.

Excellent TV for bedroom, auto dimming feature and sound quality is great

Small settings menu font. Hard to see without getting close to the Television

Good TV - No Rebate

 

What recourse do we have. Seems like many people have been scammed out of $60.

Great TV. It has been working great for 4 months. No issue and good picture. Tuner has been great

Price was good after a $60 mail in rebate. However that rebate is not being processed. I have called several times and talked with National Rebate Center they claim they have not received the money from the company so they can not process the rebates....

I hate mail in rebates, unless its over $40 I usually dont send it in, I figured I'd try this since it was $60..... I don;t think I'm ever going to see it.

Perfect TV for our kitchen, exactly what we needed. No dead pixels

Been waiting for the rebate for about 4 months now, still being processed

I'm beginning to think the $60 rebate offer (National Rebate Center) at the time I bought this TV (Nov, '09) is bogus. It was to have been sent in 8 weeks and it is now 12. Called 3 times and talked with supervisor but all they can say is...

Initially concerned about buying recertified unit but this set has been fine for three months I've had it. Nice picture. Nice size for kitchen TV

Audio volume is weak. I have cable box set to max volume and TV is on max volume most of the time

Rebate rebate... where are you?

 

Rebate is a joke. After this bad taste I will take rebates with a grain of salt here... I hope NewEgg has some leverage and can help get this done... 4 months... no money...

Still enjoying this TV. Works eggcellent

No rebate. Claims they are processing still and backlogged. I sent it in end of November. They have had it since 12-10-09. its 3-4-10... Almost 4 months and still not processed ; NewEgg please help us out. Flex those big store muscles

this tv's tuner is super quick! I haven't ever seen a digital tv with a tuner this fast!
