you can still find them if you look hard

 

Contrast ratio is not the only picture quality in a great tv. A great tv is a good balance of factors

natural looking colors and sharpness

Amazing 2D TO 3D Plasma Excellent

 

Fantastic Plasma But if you had 36 BIT color, it was the world's best plasma

3D (Must direct ) 2D blacks are dark Amazing White 2D TO 3D Amazing Bright picture Video processor is good Depth amazing picture

"Remote won't work and service at Samsung not reliable."

 

Called support center and was told the TV needs a software upgrade and was told it would take 2 to 6 weeks for each update to come in the mail. It's been over a month now and the last time I spoke with someone about this they said they would call back...

Great picture, great performance

Remote won't turn tv on at all. That is all I use it for as Samsung will not allow other universal remotes to turn their product on. Now I have to reach behind to turn it on and off feels like 1960 in 2014.

Great black levels, terrible white screen performance!

 

I received this unit on Friday 02/14/14 but it constantly makes a buzzing sound, has HDMI sync issues (displays as flickering white noise after switching between inputs on my receiver), and the auto brightness limiter turns any content with more than...

Great contrast, when not displaying an image with a lot of white at least... More "smart" features than I know what to do with!

The ABL is super annoying, especially if you use a PC or surf the web on it. I don't understand how no reviewer talks about the terrible effects of the ABL!!! Buzzes constantly, possibly capacitor buzz? Uses 3x the power of a local dimming LED LCD.
