Good digital HD tuner. Excellent video performance. Lack of image "grain". Stylish looks. 1080p processing allows downscaling to 1080i.

Less features than rivals. Black levels also trail. Not suited to "tweakers". Not full 1080p.

The latest generation of plasma televisions has really impressed us, and the Panasonic VIERA TH-50PX70A is an excellent example of plasma's potential.

intermittent clicking sound comes from TV, has been into Panasonic appproved service centre,NO FAULT Found, apparently the TV was tested for nearly 2 weeks, we got it back on the 01/05/09 plugged it in, and wait for it, we still have a clicking sound....

Its image display is very good, for a TV that isn't full high definition I must admit it is enjoyable to watch. Videos are clear and playing a game is excellent when using an Xbox.
