I wish I had Noticed the Lack of a CABLE CONNECTION for a TV

I did not realize this TV did not have a standard cable connection. So Now I have to get a cable box to run the TV. I Never Saw a TV Without a cable connection. I have to call Olevia to see what the Channel up and down are for

Best Product for the Price

 

As advertised, HDTV ready/monitor. I have to have a set top box anyway, so was specifically looking for something without a tuner. To compare; this 23 inch monitor is the same cost as a 19 inch with an analog tuner. I would rather have the larger size....

Great Monitor

 

I wish I had the proper usb equipment to update my tv. Other than that I'm highly satisfied.

My Wii, Xbox, PS2 and Dreamcast all look great on my set. I'm waiting for my pc to arrive so that I can test that out, but I'm sure it'll be fine

You can't have composite cables inserted at the same time as S-Video cables unless you're going to route your sound directly to a set of speakers. I knew this before I bought it, but it would be nice if more audio inputs were added on future revisions....

NO tuner!

 

If you're plannig to drive this with a cable or satellite box, it's fine. Read the fine print.

This is a good monitor, with an acceptable picture

This unit has NO tuner. Not digital or NTSC. There is no place to attach a antenna lead. The front of the set has buttons for channel up and channel down. They don't do anything. I assumed it would at least have a standard tuner. I wanted to slave this...

this is not a tv

 

This is an LCD DISPLAY, not an HDTV. It has no built in tuner and should not be advertised as a TV. You will have to have a separate source to watch video on it.

Solid Buy

 

This is a steal. I use it for my dormroom at college and it works great.

Great picture, organized inputs, and an affordable LCD with good quality. I watch a lot of movies on this and have loved the picture and 16:9 widescreen

I have had no problems with this TV and have had it for about 6 months. The speakers aren't great, but for what you pay, they are fine
